Support our Anthonians Dear 6-7ians A team of Anthonians made up of students from 6-2 have submitted a Lego model for the "LEGO Build-a-Brick Competition" which is part of the inaugural Singapore Toy and Comic Convention supported by the Singapore Tourism Board. The competition requires them to build an icon of Singapore using Lego bricks. Our Anthonians' model is titled 'Raffles Eating Chicken Rice'. After going through two rounds of competition, they are one of the 10 finalists who will be showcasing their model at the convention held at Suntec City Hall 603 from 27th June 08 - 29th June 08. The exhibition will be open to the public from 28th June - 29th June. As 60% of the final results will be based on public voting, we will need all the support we can get from our fellow Anthonians. Voting takes place from 11 am to 12.15 pm on 29th June (Sunday). As fellow Anthonians and especially fellow P6s, I hope that as many of our 6-7ians can support our peers. If you are interested in going down to support, please send me an SMS to let me know. We will confirm the details when school reopens. Mr K Koh Tuesday, June 10, 2008
